Scope

These terms apply to tensorplay.cn, its documentation, download entry points, and public project spaces maintained by TensorPlay. Repositories, Issues, Pull Requests, and discussions are also subject to GitHub’s terms and community rules.

If you use the service for an organisation, you represent that you may bind that organisation to these terms.

Permitted use

• Access the site, read documentation, and use public materials for learning, research, evaluation, development, and lawful integration.
• Comply with applicable law, third-party platform rules, export controls, and intellectual-property requirements.
• Keep applicable attribution, copyright, and licence notices when you cite, reuse, or distribute project materials.

Prohibited use

• Do not interfere with, bypass, probe, or disrupt the site, hosting service, access controls, or security measures.
• Do not conduct scraping, scanning, attacks, or other activity that creates unreasonable load; do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not impersonate TensorPlay, misrepresent a relationship with the project, or disclose another person’s confidential or personal information in public community spaces.

Open source, contributions, and feedback

Use of open-source code, documentation, and examples is governed by the licence files provided in the repository. Before submitting an Issue, Pull Request, discussion, suggestion, or other feedback, confirm that you may disclose it and that it contains no confidential, personal, or restricted information. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, public feedback may be maintained, discussed, and integrated into the project.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to GitHub, package indexes, AI assistants, hosting, or analytics services. Their operators are responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The site, documentation, code, and downloads are provided “as is” and may contain errors, changes, or incompatibilities. Test and validate them before production, teaching, research, or safety-critical use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TensorPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential losses, or loss of data.

Changes, suspension, and contact
