Privacy policy
Effective August 25, 2026. This policy explains our minimum-necessary, transparent, and opt-out approach to information.
Scope and contact
This policy applies to tensorplay.cn, its documentation, subscription form, and related site functions maintained by TensorPlay. It does not apply to GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, AI providers, or other external sites. Review their policies when you use those services.
TensorPlay is the controller for information collected through this site. For privacy, access, correction, deletion, or complaint requests, email zlx@tensorplay.cn. You may also ask for a private conversation through the GitHub repository. Do not post personal information in public Issues.
Information we process
- Subscription information: your email address and optional name or country/region when you submit the form.
- Communications: information contained in an email or support request that you choose to send us.
- Technical and security logs: request information processed by hosting providers to deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device type, visit time, requested page, and error data.
- Aggregated analytics: page URL, referrer, device category, browser, coarse region, and event name. We do not use analytics for cross-site behavioural profiles or targeted advertising.
Purposes
- Deliver the site, documentation, downloads, and features that you request, and maintain their security, reliability, and compatibility.
- Send project releases, technical articles, events, or research updates after you actively subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand aggregated traffic, fix faults, and improve content. We do not sell personal information or use it to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
- Retain or disclose necessary information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or to resolve disputes.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated usage insight. The service is designed to work without third-party tracking cookies and does not use page views to identify you across websites or reconstruct your browsing trail. Essential cookies or local storage may remember choices you make on the site. If we introduce non-essential technologies that require consent, we will explain them and provide a choice before enabling them.
Providers, public contributions, and transfers
- Vercel: site hosting, edge delivery, logs, and Web Analytics.
- Supabase: subscription data hosting and database services.
- GitHub: code, Issues, Pull Requests, discussions, and comments. Content submitted in public areas can be read, copied, and redistributed by visitors.
- These providers may process information outside your country or region. We use them only as needed to provide the service.
Retention, security, and your rights
We retain subscription information until you unsubscribe, ask for deletion, or no longer need it to send updates. Security and operational logs follow provider defaults and troubleshooting or security needs. We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access, but no internet transmission or storage is absolutely secure.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of subscription and communication information we hold, and ask about purposes, categories, retention, and recipients. Use the unsubscribe link in any subscription email or contact zlx@tensorplay.cn to withdraw consent to mail.
Updates
We will update this page and its effective date before or when our processing, providers, or applicable requirements materially change. Continued use does not replace consent where consent is required; we will request a fresh choice when one is needed.
